Hiring, Managing and Terminating
Human resources are the most valuable asset in any business. As a business owner, you want to hire the best people for your business, and you want to manage them well. You must also ensure that you obey state and federal regulations covering hiring and termination. In this module we will look at the hiring process. We will discuss how to conduct interviews, how to do reference checks, information for new employees, how to conduct performance reviews, and how to terminate (fire) an employee.
